Modified Challenge day 4

I am taking on the #dungeon23 challenge, but altering it, as I am always in need of NPC’s to fill my campaign world, I will develop one a day for 2023, and share them here.

Darwin Markle

Darwin is a retired adventurer, who finds it hard to settle down anywhere. Though his aged combat worn body tells him it is time to stop and relax, his willpower keeps him moving. He always has the feeling that something remains that needs to be accomplished.

Looking at him, one can tell that he was once a giant of a man ripped with muscle, but the years have have taken their toll. The black hair of his youth has all but turned grey, and cords of muscle have softened considerably. However, his most debilitating aspect can be seen in his movements. His knees and elbows are taken by arthritis.

Darwin will seek out adventures wherever gather to hear the tales told, and share some of his own. Doing so helps him retain the feel of it. As such this aged warrior could provide details on a location to guide the party to.
